Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Due to strict medical safety regulations, most health-related products are non-returnable. The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that are opened, unsealed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items that have been used, even partially
  • Prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, or health supplements
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

Exceptions may be made if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. To qualify, you must provide clear photo or video evidence at the time of unboxing.

Refund Policy

If your order is not delivered (as confirmed by tracking), and you prefer not to wait for a reshipment, we will issue a 100% full refund.

If your return is approved:

  • You’ll be notified by email once the product is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting may take time)
  3. Speak to your bank about processing delays

Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are damaged or defective during delivery. To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must send clear photos or videos of the damaged product during unboxing
  • Exchanges are only for the same product originally ordered

Return Instructions & Address

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide the return address via email or WhatsApp
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty

  • Purchasing shipping insurance
