1. Contact Us Before Returning Any Goods
Before sending any product back to us, you must contact our support team by email or phone. This ensures we can register your request and guide you through the correct return process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
All products, except P medicines and POMs, may be returned under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the cost of the item only, excluding postage and packaging charges.
If you need help identifying whether your product is a P medicine or POM, feel free to contact us.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or faulty:
- We will refund the full cost of the product.
- We will also refund both outward and return postage costs.
- Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
To speed up the process, you may be asked to share photos or details of the damaged item.
4. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
5. Situations Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued
Incorrect Delivery Address
If loss, delay, or damage happens because the delivery address provided was incorrect, we cannot offer a refund.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
If temperature-controlled items are not collected from the courier’s local depot and are returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund. These items cannot be resold and must be destroyed for safety reasons.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned items are received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
